A mini-celebration took place in the Hireology lab yesterday as news spread that we took first in
the 2014 HRO Today Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings for Talent Management Technology.
Along with a significant improvement from last year’s 5th place rating, Hireology outranked industry leaders like iCIMS, Kenexa, SilkRoad, and Success Factors in the 2014 results.
The rankings are based solely on feedback from buye
rs of the rated services; the ratings are not based on the opinion of
the HRO Today staff. The publication collects feedback annually through an online survey, which is distributed both directly to buyers through HRO Today’s mailing lists and indirectly by having Hireology (and all other service providers) send the link to clients.
In order to determine an overall ranking, HRO Today analyzes results across three subcategories: service breadth, deal sizes, and quality. Using a predetermined algorithm that weighs questions and categories based on importance, they calculate scores in all three subcategories as well as an overall score. The rankings are based on those scores.
