Leading Integrated Hiring and Talent Management Platform Recognized in Prestigious Ranking Based on Customer Satisfaction Surveys

We’re excited to share Hireology was named to the Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings: Talent Management Tech for the sixth consecutive year. In the annual ranking, Hireology was named an “Overall Leader” and received further recognition in the “Breadth of Features,” “Size of Deals” and “Quality of Service” categories.

HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen rankings are based solely on feedback from buyers of the rated services. The publication collects feedback annually through a survey of its readers and the candidates’ clients, and analyzes each provider across three categories: service breadth, deal sizes and quality. For the 2018 survey, the publication required that each provider be represented by a minimum of 10 responses from eight different companies.

“Inclusion in the HRO Baker’s Dozen List is an honor, as the award is determined by feedback from customers who trust Hireology to help hire and manage their most critical asset – their people,” said Adam Robinson, Co-Founder and CEO of Hireology. “As we continuously improve our platform, we highly value customer input and often use it to drive business decisions. Our dedicated customer success team also ensures our customers have everything they need to make the most of the Hireology platform.”

Hireology’s hiring and talent management platform empowers small and medium-sized businesses to build their best teams. Partnering with Hireology enables business owners to drive quality candidates to open roles, follow a standardized hiring process, onboard, and manage all payroll and HR tasks in one centralized platform. In 2017, Hireology expanded its customer base by 1,100 clients and 49,757 hires were made using Hireology (a 43% increase over 2016). Customers also saw a median 4-day increase in hiring velocity, meaning customers filled open roles almost a full week faster than roles were filled previously.

In the past year, Hireology has added significant enhancements to its platform to continue offering its customers new ways to find, hire and manage top talent. In 2017, Hireology launched Insights, easy-to-understand reporting that provides clear visibility into hiring metrics, highlighting points of strength and weakness in the hiring process. The reporting enables business owners and HR leaders to gain a clear understanding of hiring performance across locations and managers, and shows this success compared to peers using industry-specific benchmarks.

Hireology also recently released Applicant Engine, which manages recruitment advertising spend to deliver double the quality candidates and drive cost savings over traditional sources. With Applicant Engine, job board spend campaigns are managed by Hireology to reach the best candidates automatically across hundreds of sources. These sources include national job boards, industry-specific job boards, organic search engine feeds, local classified ads, social media and other niche sources. Through Applicant Engine, Hireology also continuously measures the success of each sourcing channel – such as which sources are most likely to deliver quality candidates or result in hires – and eliminates the sourcing channels that aren’t delivering value to customers.
