Leading Provider of Employee Selection Management Technology Selected for Embodying Spirit of Progress and Industry Thought Leadership

Hireology – the leading provider of employee hiring technology – has been selected as a finalist for the 2016 DrivingSales Most Valuable Insight Award. CEO Adam Robinson will give a presentation based on original research at the DrivingSales Presidents Club event in Miami, May 4-6, 2016.

Applicants were asked to provide an insight based on comprehensive original research, which can provide significant value to dealership executives. Hireology was selected as one of three finalists from a competitive field of submissions and will present, “Effective Employment Branding Drives Better Hiring and Accelerated Business Growth” as part of the Most Valuable Insight Competition at the 2016 DrivingSales Presidents Club event. Other finalists include CDK Global and vAuto.

“We are truly honored to be selected alongside such prestigious company and to be able to present our research findings to a room full of industry leaders,” said Adam Robinson, co-founder and CEO of Hireology. “We look forward to seeing the presentations from the other finalists and to fostering a dialogue about the importance of dealerships having a well-defined hiring process. Our team has worked tirelessly to put together a persuasive and eye-opening presentation that will show why strong employer branding is crucial for effective recruiting in retail automotive.”

Much like consumer branding, employment branding relies heavily on a dealer’s digital presence – particularly the career website. Robinson’s presentation will highlight the critical elements of an effective career site for dealerships to attract the ideal candidate and the impact on hiring and turnover that employment branding can drive. As part of Hireology’s effort to help their clients achieve this, the company recently announced the launch of Career Site Plus – which provides a turnkey career site experience built and hosted by Hireology and is customized to a dealer’s brand.

“Through primary research on multiple dealership groups’ hiring activity, we saw that the job applicants coming through the career site resulted in a dramatically higher quality of candidate,” added Robinson. The company continues to innovate its industry-leading technology to empower its clients to build better companies by hiring the best teams. Last year, Hireology added more than 200 auto dealers to its client roster and saw a 140 percent increase in revenue.

The DrivingSales Most Valuable Insight finalists were exclusively chosen from online applicants by top decision-makers from innovative dealerships across the United States. The dealer panel based their decisions on criteria such as insight and usefulness, applicability to a dealership group, topic relevancy to a Dealer Principal or General Manager, magnitude of results or impact of the insight to the group and insight and originality. Each finalist presentation includes at Q&A with a panel of dealer judges who will score each insight. The finalist company deemed to have the Most Valuable Insight will have the opportunity to present their findings in more detail at the 2016 DrivingSales Executive Summit in October.

The Most Valuable Insight Competition is part of a high-level line-up at the DrivingSales Presidents Club. Visit www.drivingsalespresidentsclub.com for more information and to register for the event. For more information about Hireology, visit www.hireology.com.
