Hireology Earns Top Spot in HRO Today’s 2016 Baker’s Dozen List

Hireology received top honors in HRO Today magazine’s 2016 Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction ranking, earning the best overall rating for an unprecedented three years in a row. Focused on “Talent Management Technology,” the Baker’s Dozen list rated Hireology an overall score of 403.16, a nearly 30 point lead over the runner-up. The company also earned the top spot in the “Quality of Service” category for the fourth consecutive year.

HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen rankings are based solely on feedback from buyers of the rated services. The publication collects feedback annually through a survey of its readers and the candidates’ clients, and analyzes each provider across three categories: service breadth, deal sizes and quality. For the 2016 survey, the publication required that each provider be represented by a minimum of eight responses representing four distinct companies.
