Fridays in the Lab: “How Great Leaders Inspire Action”

Well it’s Friday and you know what that means – it’s time for another episode of Fridays in the Lab. But after posting multiple videos about Chicago and the SHRM 2013 Annual Conference, we almost didn’t know what to do with ourselves now that the conference is over.

So rather than bringing you hiring advice from Hireology HQ, we decided to share one of our favorite TED Talks. Although the Talk was recorded in 2009, Simon Sinek’s message is still relevant.

Take a few minutes and watch this video on how great leaders naturally inspire action. At the very least, it will put you in a great mood to begin your weekend. Happy hiring!
