Whether you love him, hate him or have no idea who he is, Mark Zuckerberg will go down in the books as the founding father of social media. But he’s more than just a co-founder of Facebook, he has built an 2,000-person strong team located in Silicon Valley from just a two-person team headquartered in a Harvard dorm room.

Although this video is two years old, and Facebook has grown significantly during this time, the lesson is still extremely relevant: Hire for talent, not experience. Take two minutes to watch the video, and ask yourself, “What do I hire for?”
