In this epsiode of Fridays in the Lab, Hireology’s marketing intern Maggie Coffey discusses what Hireology has done to build our company culture. 

Company culture is one of those things that has to be nurtured. You can’t just do one thing and expect the culture to just flourish from there. Though it does take time, studies show that employees who are more engaged perform better than those who are not. 

This episode focuses on Hireology’s holiday party, and how playing some arcade games has brought the team together, even a few months after.
