Fridays in the Lab: 3 Ways to Improve Candidate Experience

Good news folks – the latest episode of Fridays in the Lab is out! This week, Maggie Coffey, our marketing intern, discusses three of the easiest ways to improve the candidate experience. She may just be an intern, but she’s got a point here.

Not only does a great candidate experience ensure you build the team you want, but candidates will share their experiences (good and bad) with their friends and family. The last thing you need is for a candidate who had a poor experience with your company’s hiring process posting about it all over the Internet. It’s not just a common courtesey, it’s a way to distinguish yourself from the competition and ensure you get the best talent.

Make sure you don’t ask any of these common illegal interview questions!
