Who’s excited for the SHRM Annual Conference? We sure are. Nothing beats a weeks of living and breathing HR. As the largest HR conference in North America, there’s a lot to do and see. At times it can be overwhelming, but that’s what the after parties are for, right?

Because you’re going to be bombarded by everything HR-related, we thought we would highlight some of the most innovative technologies that will be exhibiting at the conference.

PayScale (Booth #3837)

Based in Seattle, PayScale helps organizations create and manage compensation programs for competitive advantage. Unique amongst its peers, the SaaS platform also provides access to its proprietary, crowdsourced database of ever-fresh salary profiles to its subscribers. The data is updated daily, thus enabling PayScale customers to keep their finger on the pulse of an increasingly dynamic market for talent.

SkillSurvey (Booth #4418)

SkillSurvey’s web-based enterprise solutions have made the process of checking and verifying candidate’s references completely painless. With reference assessments boasting an 80 percent response rate, a significantly higher rate than traditional reference-checks by phone, SkillSurvey takes the headache (and lies) out of reference verification. Data has shown that references are more likely to be honest about a candidate’s past performance when filling out an anonymous online survey, compared to a reference-check via the phone.

CareerBuilder (Booth #2250)

The largest job board in the United States, CareerBuilder has over 24 million unique monthly visitors. In other words, when someone is looking for a job, CareerBuilder is the go-to site. And with sites operating in over 20 different countries, CareerBuilder has certainly earned the reputation as the job board.

*Rumor has it they’ll be cooking up something tasty at their booth this year

Dice (Booth #553)

Although much smaller than CareerBuilder, Dice is the go-to for any job seeker in the tech industry. With 60,000 positions posted on any given day, it’s no wonder that Dice has repeatedly been rated as the top technology job board.

Hireology (Booth #3140)

We make hiring easy. It’s as easy as that. Interview guides, scorecards and verification services. Stop by our booth and say hi.
