David J. Caesar

Senior Vice President, Franchise Training and Support | Always Best Care

David Caesar joined Always Best Care in 2008 as a Field Sales Trainer. In 2010, he was moved into company leadership, receiving a promotion to Vice President of Franchise Operations. In 2017, training and operations responsibilities at Always Best Care were divided into two distinct departments, paving the way for Caesar to take on the role of Vice President of Franchise Training. In this role, Caesar focused his efforts on managing the onboarding and development of new franchise owners through the early stages of business ownership.

In 2022, Caesar was promoted to Senior Vice President of Franchise Training and Support, where he takes an active role in senior executive leadership for Always Best Care. In his expanded role, Caesar continues his overall management of new franchise owner onboarding and has added the responsibility of training and development for staff employed at the local franchise level. Caesar is also responsible for managing in house support for all franchise locations and he manages preferred vendor and strategic alliances, with a special focus on Caregiver recruitment and retention. Caesar sits on the Franchise

Advisory Council and serves as the Chairperson for the Always Best Care annual franchise conference.

Caesar has more than thirty-five years of merchandising, operations, sales, and marketing experience, which includes employment with high profile organizations such as the LEGO Toy Company, Kraft Foods,

Bacardi Imports, and Procter & Gamble. Caesar is a graduate of Southern University and A&M College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where he earned a bachelor of science degree in Business Marketing.
