Chicago-based recruitment CRM platform provider recognized in prestigious ranking based on five-year revenue growth rate
Hireology, the nation’s leading integrated hiring and talent management platform, has been named #7 on the Crain’s Chicago Business Fast 50 list, which annually recognizes the 50 local businesses with the highest five-year revenue growth rates.
Since 2007, the Crain’s Fast 50 feature has spotlighted local companies that have achieved impressive revenue gains in business, real estate, technology, health care, marketing, retail, logistics and more. To be considered for the list, companies must generate a minimum of $15 million in revenue for the previous calendar year, be headquartered in the Chicagoland area and have been in business a minimum of five years.
Hireology has more than 200 dedicated employees and a loyal customer base to thank for the company’s growth and success over the past five years. At Hireology, our team continuously works together to identify new ways for our customers to attract, hire and integrate quality employees while saving money and increasing business profitability.
Through our recruitment CRM platform, we empower multi-location, decentralized enterprises and independently owned businesses to build their best teams with confidence. Hireology equips HR and business leaders with the skills and technology needed to manage the full employee lifecycle – from hire to retire – in one seamless platform.
Hireology’s customer base includes 6,500 accounts, representing hundreds of brands across the United States and Canada. In 2018, Hireology customers received nearly two million quality job applicants and made more than 65,000 hires by leveraging Hireology’s integrated recruitment marketing and hiring solutions.
In the past year, Hireology also launched major enhancements to its platform, including a seamless integration with ClearCare, the leading web-based and mobile operating platform for home care agencies. The team also recently launched a candidate text messaging solution, boosting candidate engagement and helping hiring managers reduce total time to hire by an average of eight days. To support continued growth, Hireology closed $27 million in Series D financing led by Blue Cloud Ventures, in April.
