We’re excited to announce Hireology has been #45 named on the Crain’s Chicago Business Best Places to Work 2019 list and #9 for midsize companies.

To determine the rankings, Crain’s Chicago Business partnered with Best Companies Group and surveyed more than 14,000 local employees about their companies. As part of the survey, benefits taken into consideration for the ranking include: 401(k) match, medical benefits, paid time off (PTO) policies, telecommuting options, onsite fitness facilities, tuition reimbursement and career development programs.

At Hireology, we highly value our company culture and employee engagement – centered around the creation of authentic and intentional core values. Our company culture has contributed to strong business growth – in 2018, we hired more than 100 employees and 44 percent of our staff members were promoted. We also expanded our office space in summer 2018 to support our rapidly growing team by adding 10,000 square feet to our existing 15,000 square-foot office space.

Most recently, our team announced that we closed $27 million in Series D financing to help accelerate our growth in new market verticals and enhance our product offerings. And our team officially surpassed 200 full-time employees this week (pictured above), which is an exciting milestone as we continue to grow.

We’re dedicated to investing in employees’ health and happiness at Hireology with a comprehensive benefits package that includes: unlimited paid time off, company-sponsored health plans, retirement planning with match, gym membership and bike ride sharing discounts, and tax-free commuter transit benefits.
