We’re excited to share Hireology was named to the Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings: Talent Management Technology for the eighth consecutive year. In the annual ranking, Hireology was named an “Overall Leader” and received further recognition in the “Breadth of Features,” “Size of Deals” and “Quality of Service” categories.
HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen rankings are based solely on feedback from buyers of the rated services. The publication collects feedback annually through a survey of its readers and the candidates’ clients, and analyzes each provider across three categories: service breadth, deal sizes and quality.
In 2019, Hireology helped customers make 100,000 hires and decrease overall time to hire to 25 days. In comparison, the average time to hire across industries is 42 days, meaning Hireology customers are securing top talent nearly twice as fast.
The Hireology team continuously makes improvements across the platform to empower business and HR leaders to attract top talent, hire qualified candidates and seamlessly onboard employees. Most recently, we announced a mobile application, which will enable hiring managers to engage candidates on-the go, hire faster, and avoid losing applicants to competing job offers in the tight labor market. We also rolled out an integration partnership with Dealertrack, which provides automotive dealers a fully-featured, integrated payroll and human resource solution.
This year, we’re also celebrating 10 years as a business. When Hireology first launched in 2010, we set out with a mission of empowering business leaders to build their best teams. Today, we have more than 7,500 customers to thank for our continued growth and momentum – including recognition on the annual Baker’s Dozen list.
