Thanksgiving is right around the corner. What better time to thank your employees for all of their hard work? The smallest bit of recognition can go a long way. Hiring managers are sometimes hesitant to show their appreciation because the first thought that comes to mind is buying a gift. You may not know what your workers want or maybe you just don’t want to pay for it. They work hard every day to not only make you happy, but to improve the company. Show them you care and notice their determination.
