If hiring the best of the best isn’t a company requirement and if there isn’t a protocol in place to ensure it happens, business’s will continue to hire the same ole’ people-over and over again. It takes fully-focused recruiters and determined hiring managers to transform the best professional found on LinkedIn into the company’s new employee.
