She’s passionate about helping organizations drive their business and workforce strategies, solve complex challenges, and establish operational excellence.

Bob Lanham, the Head of Automotive Retail at Facebook, joined the company in 2015 as an Automotive Retail Lead. He and his team are responsible for the top 10 Dealer Groups in the US and the top Resellers in the US. Prior to joining Facebook, he worked for some of the world’s most renowned companies including Hulu, Yahoo!, and Microsoft — but he had his fair share of experience in the dealership world as well. He worked at Toyota of Sarasota selling cars as a commission only sales representative, and went on to become the Internet Sales Manager and F&I Manager.
