Stephanie has been with Hireology since March 2018. Read on to learn more about Stephanie and her role on our Customer Success team.
Stephanie, can you tell us a bit about what you’re working on?
As a Customer Success Manager, one of our biggest initiatives this quarter is to get on site with our customers and run through Executive Business Reviews. It’s a very valuable meeting to have with all of our customers (whether big or small), so that we can align with our customers’ goals properly, especially heading into the New Year.
What path did you take to get where you are today?
I started my career working in the online advertising space right after college and after about four years with my previous company, I decided it was time for a change. I was eager to feel more like I make a difference with my customers and the company I work for and around the same time, I found Hireology. I joined Hireology in March 2018 and am excited about the possibility of growing in my career and eventually taking on a management role with the team.
What made you join Hireology?
I was really interested in getting involved with a startup company – I wanted to feel like I was truly making an impact with not only my customers, but the overall business.
What do you find most exciting about working here?
The people who work here and the friends I’ve made here make work so much more fun and exciting. The open-desk concept is such a great way to collaborate and get to know one another between calls.

Where in the office do you do your best thinking?
I think I work pretty well at my desk – but I love using the little nook by our Finance Team. Who doesn’t love working on a big comfy couch?
How would you define Hireology’s culture?
Our culture really revolves around our core values – especially the “No Assholes” value. Every single person at Hireology is very kind and helpful, regardless of their department. It’s my favorite core value and we really take it to heart when it comes to hiring new team members.
What is one thing that people don’t know about you?
I really love baking! I’ve always wanted to be a pastry chef, or be part of the Charm City Cakes team.
One of Hireology’s benefits that we offer employees is unlimited vacation. What will you be doing next to utilize this perk?
I am actively planning a trip with my two best friends – we are shooting for Belize or Ireland. Two different extremes for travel but it’ll be our first trip together and we cannot wait.
