Leading Integrated Hiring and Talent Management Platform Recognized in Prestigious Ranking Based on Customer Satisfaction Surveys

We’re excited to share Hireology was named to the Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings: Talent Management Tech for the sixth consecutive year. In the annual ranking, Hireology was named an “Overall Leader” and received further recognition in the “Breadth of Features,” “Size of Deals” and “Quality of Service” categories.
HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen rankings are based solely on feedback from buyers of the rated services. The publication collects feedback annually through a survey of its readers and the candidates’ clients, and analyzes each provider across three categories: service breadth, deal sizes and quality. For the 2018 survey, the publication required that each provider be represented by a minimum of 10 responses from eight different companies.

These sources include national job boards, industry-specific job boards, organic search engine feeds, local classified ads, social media and other niche sources. Through Applicant Engine, Hireology also continuously measures the success of each sourcing channel – such as which sources are most likely to deliver quality candidates or result in hires – and eliminates the sourcing channels that aren’t delivering value to customers.
