2015 Hiring explained by 3 Chicago managers

It’s a new year, a fresh start, the beginning of a new journey…or whatever else you want to call it.

Regardless, 2015 is set to break history when it comes to hiring. 36 percent of managers plan to increase their full-time head count this year, up from 24 percent last year, according to CareerBuilder. Only 9 percent of businesses expect to decrease their staff levels, down from 13 percent in 2014. 

With all of the 2015 hiring buzz being spread around the nation, we thought it was necessary to interview a few of our customers and ask what their plans are for the new year. What roles are they planning on hiring for? Why do they love running a business in the Windy City?
