Natalie has fifteen years of consultative sales management experience within the talent management space. At Hireology, she is dedicated to ensuring that each our customer’s journey is aligned to achieve their desired hiring objectives. Natalie works tirelessly to provide her team of talent coaches, trainers and managers with the necessary tools they need to succeed whether it’s through thought leadership, industry trends or hiring best practices.
Natalie spent the early part of her career helping build a technology start up in the competitive space of staffing. Her startup journey began after graduation as the fifth employee at one of the country’s top technical staffing firms that has since grown to over 300 employees across 23 offices. She credits her success to great mentors, peers and colleagues that never lost sight of how much you can accomplish when you are a part of team that is working for something bigger than itself.
