Hireology has released its new Social Recruiting Console, and we’re proud to share it with you.

Unless you’ve been living in a cave the past 5 years, you’ve probably heard that social media is having an impact on just about everything these days.  It’s no different in the recruiting world.  As a matter of fact, social media has the potential to revolutionize the way companies like yours attract potential talent.

We want our customers to have the latest and greatest tools available to them, and our Social Recruiting Console is our newest way we’re doing just that.

In your Job Detail page, you’ll now see our Social Recruiting Console on the right-hand side of the screen.  In this section, this specific job can be posted to one of three leading social media outlets with the express goal of promoting your opportunity via the “social effect.”

In this example, we’ve clicked on the “Post to LinkedIn” button.  Hireology’s seamless integration with the LinkedIn API enables us to post your position directly to your LinkedIn feed, along with a link that directs a candidate into your Hireology-hosted Career Site. 

Finally, you have a consolidated view of your job, your candidates, and your social recruiting options.  Hireology hooks you up, once again!
