A Forrester report published Monday had some bad news to share – “Facebook is failing marketers”. Whether your business card says marketing professional or otherwise, the results of this report will impact everyone, especially small businesses and franchise locations. 

Of course this is bad news – no one wants to hear that their marketing efforts aren’t paying off. But the good news is this report didn’t mention anything about using Facebook in recruiting efforts. Why? Because it’s not exactly marketing related. But it’s also because Facebook, and social media recruiting in general, is working. How do we know this? Just look at the statistics…
