@Mentions makes it easy to collaborate with other hiring managers using Hireology.
Use @Mentions to ask a team member to review a resume or schedule next steps with a candidate without the need to switch back to email. Once you make a comment using an @Mention, the user (or users) you tag get an email notification alerting them.
Mention Anyone, Anywhere You Can Comment
Anywhere you see the speaking bubble symbol ? you can @Mention a team member
Just click the bubble symbol, type @, followed by the person’s name – pick them from the new list that drops down and then type your message. Hit return and you’re done. The person you mention receives an email letting them know they have a new comment waiting for them with a link.
